The OGGA after-sales service team is at your disposal to help you use your Eco-Touch system or to support you in finalizing your installations.
You can contact us through 3 different channels:
By telephone, please leave a voicemail message with your full name, telephone number, landlord or developer name, address, name of residence, Eco Touch number. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to answer your questions and help you resolve any issues.
Telephone customer service is available from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm, except weekends and public holidays.
