Centralized energy management solution
The main solutions on the market are designed to meet the needs of large buildings, whereas many commercial buildings only need simple control based on typical modes based on the occupancy calendar: “comfort” mode, “reduced” mode, with automatic switching between these two modes, “frost-free” mode and “off” mode.
By defining a comfort level for each building zone according to the presence of users during the day, we eliminate the problems associated with overheated or underheated spaces, and over- or inefficient air-conditioning demand.
We can legitimately assume that an occupancy schedule for each zone of a commercial building will enable better use of energy via a management and supervision platform, and a simple warning system in the event of consumption overruns.

- Deploy the minimum amount of equipment required to manage heating;
- Eliminate the need for an electrician and minimize intervention time per zone;

- Create intelligent zones whose energy consumption rate can be limited to the strict minimum, at the right comfort level, according to the desired schedule and for a measured investment;
Heating system : collective
- Riser type heating / series distribution (school type). A thermostatic head on each heating unit.
- Individual collective (CIC) or electric heating: solenoid valve or pilot wire control.
