Customer needs

The CLEF (Centre et Logements pour Enfants et Femmes = Center and Housing for Children and Women) project run by the Foyer Notre-Dame des Sans-Abri association aims to create a haven of peace for homeless women on their own or with children. The project takes the form of a building in the heart of Lyon’s 6th arrondissement, with a maximum capacity of 105 people.

The building offers 56 apartments, ranging from studio to T3, equipped with shower rooms and kitchenettes for the larger units. Communal areas such as communal kitchens, children’s playrooms and spaces dedicated to early childhood will also be available.

In terms of energy performance, the association asked us to design the energy management system for the multi-use premises, whether private or communal. A resilient project with many dimensions!
