Building data is not always optimally exploited, due to a lack of coordination between tools or poor integration, with no notion of ergonomics that would enable managers or operators to get to grips with it quickly and intuitively. And yet, if better exploited, this data can generate a great deal of added value: detection of malfunctions, energy optimization, maintenance logs, predictive maintenance, and so on.
To avoid obsolescence, it has become essential to control building data, so OGGA has designed Eco-BOS, a simple solution that guarantees continuous monitoring of equipment and energy consumption.

Eco-Bos solution features and services
Eco-BOS connects to the building’s infrastructure (housing, common areas, etc.) and provides the necessary link between equipment data on the one hand, and supervision platforms on the other. It enables any service provider to set up dedicated management interfaces to meet the needs not only of building managers, but also of their operators. Eco-BOS manages the data retrieval process, which involves integrating data from different sources (sensors) into a dedicated interface (landlord or OGGA) to make the data directly usable.
