For this new collaboration with Angers Loire Habitat, we are integrating a project aimed at creating a self-contained block comprising housing, offices, a retail area, etc.
On this project, OGGA is equipping 22 homes, 9 of which will be for senior citizens. Thanks to our Eco-Touch solution, the building will be awarded the “R2S Residential” 2-star label. This label meets the requirements for technologies that enable a better flow of information and communication between tenants and landlords: an asset for creating a virtuous digital ecosystem that respects individual freedoms, the very essence of intelligent building.
Tenants have access to all data relating to their apartment on a touch-sensitive tablet mounted at the entrance to their home.
