La Cartoucherie in Toulouse

For this new collaboration with In’li, a landlord specializing in intermediate housing within the Action Logement group, we equipped a project to create 144 new homes in the Cartoucherie district of Toulouse.
This former industrial zone has been transformed into an eco-neighborhood in less than a decade, to provide a renewed living environment and new housing for applicants. The project’s mission is to house young workers in the fast-growing aeronautics sector. The aim is to provide fully-equipped, 32m², one-bedroom apartments that will enable them to enter the workforce at the lowest possible cost!
