Angers Loire Habitat chose our smart thermostat solution to equip several hundred homes in the Chambre aux Deniers area of Angers. The objectives were to modernize the housing, activate energy-saving levers and obtain key data on the buildings with a view to decarbonizing the stock. This deployment was made possible by our partnership with installation company STR Nion.
The connected galaxy implemented on these assets provides reliable, relevant, anonymized data that can be used to draw up a meaningful energy landscape. Managers can then implement the appropriate policy on the basis of this data.
