Customer needs

Immobilière Rhône-Alpes decided to extend the implementation of our Eco-Heating connected boiler room solution to all of its 160 facilities, including the one at Reignier-Ésery.

Challenge:

  • Energy monitoring of the boiler room over time;
  • Ownership of the connectivity installations;
  • Obtaining reliable data for use. They are too often on a platform, and this poses a problem in the event of subscription termination;
  • Transition between operators;
  • Verification of objectives set for the operator.
