Following a conclusive test phase, Immobilière Rhône-Alpes decided to deploy our Eco-Heating (connected boiler room) solution on a large scale across all its 160 facilities, including the Little Station building.

Issues identified:

• Energy monitoring: Ensure accurate, continuous monitoring of boiler rooms.
• Connectivity: Regain control of connectivity installations to ensure technological independence.
• Data reliability: Guarantee access to usable data, without depending on an external platform (subscription risk).
• Transition management: Facilitate handover between operators without loss of information.
• Commitment control : Check that the operator has achieved the objectives assigned to it.
