After equipping more than 450 homes at the Maurice Langlet residence, Grand Lyon Habitat is continuing its connected housing policy by equipping the Léo Lagrange residence in Venissieux. The aim of this large-scale operation is to equip 405 homes with connected smoke detectors, temperature and humidity sensors, as well as Eco-BOS (data aggregator) for anonymous data collection.
The operation will be completed in just a few weeks, enabling the landlord to ensure the comfort and safety of its residents, while centralizing the management of its buildings.
By anonymously measuring the two parameters of dwelling temperature and humidity level, the landlord can assess needs and take action to maintain a healthy, comfortable indoor environment, while optimizing energy consumption.
Our solutions enable an essential assessment on the scale of hundreds of homes. This helps ensure comfort and optimum living conditions. These measurements help to identify any problems of heat loss, over-consumption, insulation or ventilation, enabling energy savings and lower heating costs. Finally, by monitoring these parameters, the landlord can anticipate maintenance needs and prevent deterioration of the building, thus contributing to the sustainability and value of the real estate portfolio.
As a social landlord, do you want to optimize the energy management of your housing units and make savings while improving the comfort of your residents?
