For its 5-building Maurice Langlet residence, GrandLyon Habitat has once again called on OGGA solutions to instrument 475 homes and all common areas. This operation, implemented by the Meliotherm design office and the Plombelec company, required several interventions on occupied sites, enabling GrandLyon Habitat to ensure optimum comfort for its tenants, thanks to real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity variability within the units.
Thanks to this new installation, which requires no wiring, GrandLyon Habitat has added a connected residence to its Eco-Collect supervision platform, enabling it to monitor the results of its energy performance and react reactively in the event of malfunctions.
